Emerging Writer & Illustrator Speed Dating Workshop
In this fun and
interactive session, Glasgow-based illustrator AJ Duncan and writer Jess
Ferrier invite emerging writers and illustrators to join them for a
speed-dating workshop. This networking event will provide a platform for new
creatives to get together and form bonds that might be useful for future
collaborative work. In a relaxed and welcoming environment filled with
like-minded creatives, activities will include icebreaker games relevant to
both illustration and writing, a short talk on the benefits of collaborative
work, and action points to bring this to fruition. Participant-led group
activities will give attendees a chance to work together and think
creatively.
All levels and abilities are welcome, and we are particularly interested in
engaging with those who are new to their practice. The session will be
followed by a casual meet-up to allow attendees to socialize further.
